Established in August 2015, NEO COFFEE BAR’s focus is to bring the best coffees and classic, yet innovative, Japanese treats to the masses. The ideas for NEO COFFEE BAR’s desserts spring from the imagination of the head pâtissier, Shoma Takahashi, whose passion for baking shines in every bite, while our baristas create a variety of drinks that are as beautiful as they are delicious. From providing a much-needed morning coffee, an afterwork pick-me-up pastry and everything in between, NEO COFFEE BAR is a dream café for coffee lovers and pastry aficionados alike.

How to reserve your Special Occasion Cake:

(1) Visit or call your nearest NEO COFFEE BAR location.
(2) Choose a pick-up date and time (minimum 48 hours in advance). Pick-up time is between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.
(3) Choose your cake (Please note: special decoration requests can be arranged for an additional charge).
(4) Process payment.
(5) Visit the NEO COFFEE BAR location on the selected date and time to pick up your Special Occasion Cake.

Upon arrival, please present your order number to our staff.

In the case of a late pick-up, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the cake after 2 days from the original pick-up date.

Any orders not picked up within 3 days of pick-up time will be cancelled without refund.

Cancellation or changes to pick-up date can be made up until within 24 hours before the pick-up time. Any cancellation or change made within the 24 hours leading to the scheduled pick-up time is non-refundable.

Changes to pick-up date & time can only be made once.
